As from December 2003 the name of our Company changed from N.V. Interborg to Euler Hermes Interborg.

The change of name reflects our position as a member of the Euler Hermes group which was formed following the acquisition of our majority shareholder, Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG, by Euler Group of France.

Euler Hermes is a substantial group with 6000 employees in five continents and has a well established and growing international surety business. Our ultimate holding company remains Allianz AG, one of the largest financial institutions in the world.
